1. Q: When [On Deletion] effect of this card digivolves to "Millenniummon" in my hand, does it have to meet the digivolution requirements of the "Millenniummon"'s DNA digivolves?

   A: Yes, DNA digivolution requirements must be met. Also, "Millenniummon" without DNA digivolution cannot have DNA digivolution.
2. Q: Can this card's [On Deletion] effect digivolve [DNA digivolves] to [Millenniummon] in my hand with my "Machinedramon" and this card itself in the trash that activated this effect?

   A: Yes, it is possible. Since the [On Deletion] effect is activated after the card is placed in Trash, this card in Trash itself can DNA digivolves to "Millenniummon" in your hand.
