I have 2 BT14 Patamon cards, and my main phase begins. Do I resolve both their effects, or just one?

If Megagargomon targets an unsuspend Digimon, can it DNA with a new Digimon that entered the field? I’m confused on the rules in the Q&A on the Digimon ruling guide book saying that it’s a new Digimon and the effects are reset. Or does Megagargomon some how prevent that ruling? Some clarification would be nice!

For the (All Turns) effect, If it and another Sukamon/Etemon are deleted at the same time does the effect still activate?

I have a question about Deckergreymon (bt10) effect. So if i freeze my opponents digimon, if he digivolves it on hus next turn does the effect still remain?

By any chance did you forget to add Memorial Collection Digimon Adventure 02 on the Japanese promo card list ? I'm just curious

Just got done adding some cells to the EX-04 page because some cards in the middle of the lists got overwritten. Just in case this happens again in the future and I happen to see it, is there a way to create a new cell mid-list, or is the way I ended up doing it- creating cells at the end of the list and manually moving everything down- the only method?

Hey just had a quick question on the rulings: card text states it's treated as a black digimon on all turns. Would this count toward using option cards? Normally you'd need a tamer/digimon as the same color to play said options, but if this card is naturally purple but treated as black would it count?

When using the promo Lobomon "When digivolving" effect to digivolve into AncientGarurumon can Nokia be used to reduce the digivolution cost?

Does the security check still go through if you block a digimon with security + X?

I am posting to question the first ruling in the Other Ruling section on the Security Attack page. It reads:

If a Digimon has <Security Attack -1> or less, Can I win if it attacks a player with no security?

A: No, you would not win the game by attacking with that Digimon.

It really makes no sense. Perhaps I am mistaken but the way I understand it, the way to win the game (other than the opponent decking out) is declaring a direct attack, which is defined by an attack when the opponent has no security cards. Having no security attacks that I could perform with a Digimon is not synonymous with "that Digimon cannot attack". Am I missing something?
